Since its first use as an indicator lamp (we take it for granted but almost all electronic devices have LEDs in them), the use and development of LEDs has grown dramatically in recent years to a point where they are being considered for their light output and colour range.

Originally manufactured as part of our custom design service, we now produce a range of standard low voltage LED based components for OEM applications. LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) have many advantages over conventional light sources including cool running temperatures, low power, very long-life and a good selection of colours. They are therefore ideal for marker lighting, inaccessible areas or general effects lighting.
The LEDisc is available in three diameters and four colours and is designed to replace low voltage lamps in standard luminaires. The sizes are 35mm (12 x LEDs), 50mm (18 x LEDs) and 111mm (72 x LEDs). The 50mm and 111mm single colour discs may be dimmed by a 1-10 volt control signal. The three channel Red, Green and Blue (RGB) versions for colour mixing, use either 1-10 volt or a DMX512 digital control signal to operate.
The LED Strip is a 400mm long strip available in a number of standard colours and is ideal for concealed lighting or stair detailing.
